I've come to this bank for years doing the exact same procedure of walking in with my CC & check, putting the check in and asking the to take a couple bucks out here and there. Today one of the workers "Carole" had given me the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had in any twinstar bank. Raising her voice as she fails to understand how to do her simple job. I explain to her that I've been coming here for years doing exactly what I'm doing now and this squirrel just keeps repeating herself "well not today" "you shouldn't of been able to all those countless times".
